Barkley Project Group Ltd. is a project management consulting firm specializing in small hydropower development projects. Barkley Project Group has provided specialized consulting services to support 40 hydropower development projects in British Columbia and Yukon, ranging in size from 2 MW to 25MW.

Barkley Project Group provides technical and management capacity, adding expertise and experience to the project teams we work with. Barkley Group’s services include:

• Inventory of renewable energy resources and potential development sites
• Regional renewable energy development planning
• Project feasibility assessment, including regulatory aspects and economics
• Project planning and coordination of technical teams (engineering and environmental)
• Management of regulatory and electrical utility processes

Barkley Project Group is based in Nanaimo, BC. Our team includes a staff of project management and environmental professionals and several engineering associates.
